Responsible

• Analyze the competitive sales landscape and set sales targets for the team to drive revenue growth.
• Follow sales performance for each item, promote suitable promotions to minimize cancellations and returns.
• Expand company product distribution through modern trade.
• Manage and take responsibility for marketing, conduct market, evaluate promotions, and study competitors marketing.
• Maintain existing customer base, build new customer relationships, and improve relations with purchasing decision-makers. Additionally, actively seek out new customer.
• Negotiating trade agreements and enhancing payment efficiency while controlling expenditures within budget constraints.
• Responsible for collaboratively developing business plans with customers to set joint sales targets and archieve company objective.
• Managing and executing strategies for launching new product introductions and ensuring operational compliance.
• Control, follow and collect data, coordinate with the internal department, and provide information to develop the product.
• Update new marketing with related people and prepare presentation reports for meetings.
• Manage and oversee the procurement process, coordinate, shipping, and handle product returns efficiently.

• Age between 35 - 45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales moderntrade (If you have knowledge about FMCG, it would be advantage).
• Have goals and strong motivation to deliver results.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems well.
• Able to analyze data and using it for management purposes.
• Strong management skill and leadership skill.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Able to Coordinate with the internal and external departments.
• Able to use Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Good skills in Social media especially, Facebook and Twitter.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) would be an advantage. (TOEIC > 650)
• Able to drive a car, Have a personal car, and a driver's license.
• Able to go to work in the other provinces.
